Fleet Cost & Care Enjoys First Race as Primary Sponsor of Graham Rahal’s IndyCar Entry in Texas
Fort Worth, TX (June 13, 2018) – “It was an incredible weekend for all of us,” said Jeff Curran, President of Fleet Cost & Care and avid IndyCar fan. In the middle of the 3rd year of their partnership with Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing (RLL), Fleet Cost & Care was the primary sponsor for Graham Rahal’s #15 Fleet Cost & Care entry this past weekend.
With 70,000 people in attendance and after qualifying 20th on Friday, Graham Rahal finished 6th in the DXC Technology 600 at the Texas Motor Speedway last Saturday.
“Overall I can’t complain too much about finishing sixth,” Rahal said, “The Fleet Cost & Care team did a good job with strategy, we did a good job in the pits and the car was pretty good. We were able to make some moves but as everybody could see, it was hard out there today to get a whole lot done. We’ve got to work on the aero package this week and move forward to allow us to follow a little bit easier but overall I can’t be too unhappy with that. We salvaged another really good result out of a really tough start. We’ll keep our heads down and move on.”
The weekend was full of highlights as Fleet Cost & Care staff, customers and friends enjoyed insider access to the infield, paddock and pits before and during the race. The Friday before the race FCC guests were treated to private dinner at the track’s Speedway Club, with visits from team owner and Indy 500 winner Bobby Rahal and driver Graham Rahal. Both men are gracious ambassadors to IndyCar and generally fun guys to hang out with! The FCC group enjoyed a Q & A with the iconic racing family learning some interesting factoids about how they approach racing, team management and what types of cars they like to drive when they are not at work.[Fleet Cost & Care President Jeff Curran alongside his wife, Pamela Curran, with Graham Rahal – Texas Motor Speedway 2018]

“The car looked amazing. It is great to see how our brand has grown over the years – now we have the privilege of being the primary sponsor at such a great event,” said Curran. “We really enjoy our partnership with RLL racing and the other sponsors associated with the team. Our group that came to support Graham and most importantly have fun was second to none. We will not forget this weekend.”
