Pricing will depend upon a number of factors including the number of licenses being purchased, whether or not Atom app will be used, the amount of training required, any custom work requested and the number of users who will need access to the system. Fleet Cost & Care will work closely with any customer to ensure they are getting the best pricing available.
Customers pay annual fees that cover world-class support with our team of experts on call at all times. Annual fees also cover product enhancements which include several major and many minor new features throughout the year. These enhancements come from customer feedback and our own industry knowledge in order to ensure our products continue to meet the evolving requirements of fleet management.

We offer many payment options. Businesses who do not want to pay the full cost upfront can take advantage of our monthly or quarterly financing options, subject to credit approval.
The NexGen desktop system is installed on either an in-house (customer owned) server, or with a cloud hosting service. We have partnered with a cloud service provider and can offer an entirely hosted solution, or customers can choose their own cloud service provider. Users can use a remote desktop connection to login from anywhere.
