Product Enhancements
Program enhancement goals are aimed to improve functionality, of existing processes or reporting capabilities, but can also include added functionality that did not previously exist within NexGen or Atom. These enhancements reflect customer feedback, best practices determined by our staff of industry experts and changes to industry requirements.
Product Updates
To remain an industry leader our programs are updated on a monthly basis. Program updates are part of Fleet Cost & Care support contracts. Due to the diversity of our client base, our updates are not performed automatically. Our support staff updates your program after-hours and upon request so as not to impact daily operations.
