Fleet Managers Gather in Las Vegas for Fleet Cost & Care’s Traveling Workshop

The first event of its kind, Roadshow Las Vegas, a one-day training workshop for Fleet Cost & Care end-users was a success.
Held in Las Vegas the day before the gates of ConExpo opened, fleet managers and operations personnel from several national and international crane and rigging companies gathered for a day of collaborative training in small groups.
North America’s largest construction trade show, CONEXPO-CON/AGG takes place every three years in Las Vegas and features over 100,000 visitors and 2.7 million square feet of exhibit space. Strategically situating Roadshow: Las Vegas at the epicenter of the crane and rigging industry, Fleet Cost & Care (FCC) capitalized on the concentration of industry professionals to provide hands-on training to fleet managers before ConExpo began.
Drawing from newly released program features and the interests voiced by our attendees, FCC’s training team discussed new functionalities found in its fleet management products – NexGen and the Atom mobile app. Topics included e-ticket cancellation, e-ticket status report, unit/employee schedule multi-select, and emailed invoice reports to name a few.
For more information on these features email your Customer success manager or contact us here.
The afternoon session featured critical dispatch and scheduling best practices, Atom payroll and billing processes, and several crowd sourced topics from our attendees.
Fleet Cost & Care Training and Implementation Specialists, Angie Hookham, Taylor Harmeyer, and Claudia Alarcon a member of FCC’s client support services came well prepared as did our customers. The user workshop was full of customer engagement and a healthy dialogue between representatives of the different crane companies and the training staff.
Roadshow Las Vegas created a collaborative environment where everyone was encouraged to speak up and share their workflow roadblocks as well as solutions. Harnessing the collective power of a group of industry professionals stimulates ideas and solutions. Some of these ideas are being presented to FCC’s development teams.
We realize that there are certain limitations that prohibit our customers from attending one of our training events, but there are other ways to receive additional training for Fleet Cost & Care products. We offer on-site or remote training for your staff as well as a robust health check where an in-depth evaluation of your company’s workflows and fleet management software utilization is examined. For more information on these services please contact your customer success manager or send us an email, we are more than happy to help.
Thank you to all our attendees who stepped away from their daily tasks, traveled near and far, and made Roadshow Las Vegas a successful training event full of fleet managers concerned with helping their businesses run more efficiently.
Terrific time together with our team and customers. Thank you everyone for the help, energy and support!
