TDC Services was founded by Tony Durey, a seasoned operations and transformation leader with more than 35 years of senior management experience across Australia, the United States, and Canada. Durey brings deep, hands-on expertise in large-scale systems implementation, business process improvement, and data-driven operational transformation – including firsthand experience as a FCC customer.
During his tenure at Marmon Cranes Services/Freo Group, Durey project-managed the rollout of FCC to approximately 2,000 employees across 60 branches in three countries, helping implement a standardized, enterprise-grade fleet management platform. His leadership also included global paperless transformation initiatives, Power BI reporting design, lean business improvement programs, and the delivery of Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations across multiple operating entities.
