NexGen Sales Responsibility Matrix User Guide
To enable you to clarify expectations with your customers related to job responsibilities, NexGen offers an optional “Responsibility Matrix”. This feature will appear on your Job Quotes to capture the Job/Project responsibilities of Equipment Rental/Crane Companies (‘Company’) vs your customer’s (Customer) responsibilities. This responsibility matrix will then be printed on your Quote documents. Responsibility Matrix helps to identify and clarify the roles and responsibilities between the company and customer on various important items/tasks. The items/tasks are configurable and get copied over to the quotes by default and can be included or removed at the individual quote.
This user guide covers the enablement, setup, and use of the Responsibility Matrix.
This is an optional feature and requires your quote templates to be updated to include the Responsibility Matrix. Please reach out to [email protected] or your CSM to update the Quote Templates.
