Wes Torrence is a Client Services Specialist who handles user questions regarding NexGen and Atom fleet management software as well as addressing requests for program enhancements. From first contact with a client through email or by phone, Wes takes the lead in managing the problem solving process. Thoroughness with each user case is top priority for Wes who prides himself as a solution provider and go between with the user and the development team. Once a problem is identified Wes works with the development team to find a solution. As the solution evolves, Wes tests the product until he is satisfied that the change or enhancement is ready to be brought to the client. An integral part of the Fleet Cost & Care team since 2001, Wes is the in-house client advocate managing problems and finding solutions.
