Wes Torrence is a Client Services Specialist at Fleet Cost & Care. Wes started as one of the company’s programmers in 2001 and has since migrated to the support side of the business. He is in charge of handling the user questions regarding NexGen and Atom fleet management software as well as addressing requests for program enhancements. From first contact with a client through email or by phone, Wes takes the lead in managing the problem solving process. Thoroughness with each user case is top priority for Wes who prides himself as a solution provider and go between with the user and the development team. Once a problem is identified Wes works with the development team to find a solution. As the solution evolves, Wes tests the product until he is satisfied that the change or enhancement is ready to be brought to the client. An integral part of the Fleet Cost & Care team, Wes is the in-house client advocate managing problems and finding solutions.
