Thinh Nguyen is a hands-on, innovation-driven technology executive with over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, software engineering, and the implementation of modern technology solutions. As Chief Technology Officer, Thinh leads product engineering, cybersecurity, data, and IT operations—with a focus on delivering scalable, cloud-first solutions and a best-in-class user experience across the company’s platforms.

Before joining Fleet Cost & Care, Thinh held executive technology roles at Open Lending, Flagstar Bank, and Mr. Cooper. At Open Lending, he successfully modernized the company’s flagship suite of products by transitioning to a cloud-based platform that now serves over 400 clients and generates more than $150 million in annual revenue. At Flagstar Bank, he led the digital transformation of the mortgage servicing business, helping the organization become a top-five sub-servicer in the U.S. by delivering a unified web platform to over 1.4 million customers. During his tenure at Mr. Cooper, Thinh drove a major digital overhaul and introduced omni-channel experiences that provided consistent, seamless service across web and mobile platforms—earning a Digital Edge Award for best web and mobile app experience.

Thinh holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and a bachelor’s degree in information systems from the University of Texas at Arlington. He brings deep expertise in cloud transformation, digital innovation, and data-driven software delivery to FCC’s next chapter of growth.
