Shawn McCue joined Flet Cost & Care and its sister company, JJ Curran Crane, in 2026, bringing nearly 30 years of executive finance and accounting experience across manufacturing, industrial services, and consumer products. He provides financial leadership for both organizations, partnering with executive leadership to support strategic planning, strengthen financial performance, and ensure the long-term financial health of the businesses.

Throughout his career, Shawn has helped organizations improve financial visibility, streamline operations, and navigate periods of growth and change. His experience includes leading enterprise finance organizations, overseeing ERP implementations, managing acquisitions and business integrations, strengthening financial reporting and cash management, and developing the processes that support informed business decisions.

Before joining Fleet Cost & Care and JJ Curran, Shawn served as Chief Financial Officer for Simplify Inventions and held financial leadership roles with Transtar Autobody Technologies and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he specialized in financial due diligence and advisory services for private equity sponsors and public companies.

Shawn earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Bowling Green State University.
