Sarah Muller
Sarah helps customers strengthen internal processes and improve operational efficiency through practical, experience-driven training. With more than 17 years in the crane industry, she understands that software alone does not drive results—successful adoption happens when teams fully understand how systems support their daily responsibilities. By helping customers apply Fleet Cost & Care’s (FCC) solutions to their unique workflows, she equips them to improve consistency, visibility, and overall performance.
Prior to joining Fleet Cost & Care, Sarah began her career in parts sales with a South Texas crane dealer and went on to spend 14 years with a leading U.S. crane company. There, she managed work orders, oversaw parts purchasing and receiving, established company-wide inventory processes, and maintained fleet data within FCC and other platforms. She also supported two acquisitions by training incoming teams and mentored new parts clerks across maintenance operations. Her extensive hands-on, end-user experience with FCC allows her to quickly relate to customers and provide practical, real-world guidance that resonates.
