Prior to joining FCC, Nick streamlined workflows for businesses using OnBase document management systems at i3 Verticals, where he configured environments, resolved technical bottlenecks, and improved user productivity through hands-on application support. Earlier, at the NYU IT Service Desk, he supported students, faculty, and staff by troubleshooting hardware and software issues across Mac and PC systems, sharpening his skills in user-centric problem-solving.
A 2021 graduate of NYU Tandon School of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Nick combines technical precision with a collaborative mindset.
