Nick Guzman has a passion for helping companies and their teams optimize business processes with fleet management technology. Through end-user education and training he helps customers understand how to best utilize Fleet Cost & Care’s (FCC) products, NexGen and Atom.

Nick knows that successful software implementation begins with understanding your customer. If you understand their problems, you can work toward a solution. Knowing industry specific workflows and customer needs are essential to crafting a training program that has depth and weight.

Prior to FCC, Nick worked at Sharetec Systems, where he assisted software implementations for clients in the financial industry. He also worked for JP Morgan Chase gaining experience in customer-facing situations that provides a firm foundation for finding common ground and building solid working relationships with his FCC customers.

Nick has a bachelor’s in business from Regent University.
