Maria helps customers improve internal processes and operational efficiency. Maria understands that software solutions alone do not make companies more successful.  She is convinced training and education precede success at the individual and organizational level. By helping customers understand how to best use Fleet Cost & Care’s (FCC) solutions for their unique needs she empowers them to reach and surpass their organizational and operational goals.

Prior to FCC, Maria worked as an accountant and consultant in various industries, most recently a rigging company, earning her a better understanding of the intricacies of labor unions. As a consultant, she has considerable experience identifying areas where gains in efficiency can be made and developing ways to realize them. Her work simplifying and automating tasks resulted in increased productivity and cost savings of at least 50%. Maria also has end-user experience with FCC’s NexGen, allowing her to easily identify and relate with the people she is trying to help.

Maria studied accounting at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
