Lori Kisan is an Implementation Specialist who helps customers establish streamlined and efficient business processes. Lori knows that with the proper software and training, companies can transform their operations, increase their market share, and outperform their competitors. She relies on her strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to ensure customers feel confident, empowered, and excited to move forward in a better way.

Prior to FCC, Lori has spent time as an Implementation Consultant and Specialist for various organizations, most recently with an asset management company. There, she led a successful company-wide implementation of a SaaS platform for asset management. She has a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, resulting in efficiency gains across all departments. She has also spent time working with third party benefits administrators, implementing health and welfare benefits software.

Lori has a bachelor’s in business management from the University of Phoenix.
