Jorge Lorenzo
Jorge supports Fleet Cost & Care’s Client Services team by helping customers implement solutions that are efficient, practical, and easy to adopt. He believes process optimization is about more than reducing inefficiencies—it’s about improving day-to-day work for everyone involved, and that mindset guides his approach to implementation.
Before joining Fleet Cost & Care, Jorge worked at DocNetwork, an electronic health record and registration software provider, where he supported complex customer accounts and helped lead the development of a new implementation process for a self-service product rollout. He also served as a speaker for customer training webinars. His background spans multiple industries, including automotive engineering, IT managed services, and data security and migration.
Earlier in his career, Jorge spent several years in hospitality as a restaurant manager, developing strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. He is a Salesforce Certified Administrator and studied Business Administration at Washtenaw Community College.
