Hardik helps lead the engineering efforts behind Fleet Cost & Care’s software platforms, focusing on building scalable, secure, and reliable systems that support the company’s long-term technology vision. With more than a decade of experience in software development and engineering leadership, he works closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen development standards, guide technical architecture, and support initiatives that improve platform stability and performance.

Prior to joining Fleet Cost & Care, Hardik led enterprise technology initiatives focused on cloud governance, engineering quality, and platform security. At JATO Dynamics, he implemented cloud governance practices that reduced Azure infrastructure costs by more than $200,000 annually while also improving engineering standards through the adoption of modern code quality and vulnerability management tools.

Hardik brings deep experience in modern SaaS platforms built on the Microsoft and Azure technology stack. Guided by his principle of “stability at scale,” he believes lasting reliability comes not only from good code, but from the right combination of processes, people, and platforms working together.

Hardik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in International Business Management.
