Courtney Wagner helps customers unlock the full potential of their fleet management systems. With a collaborative and hands-on approach, Courtney partners with clients to identify underutilized features, streamline workflows, and maximize their return on investment. Her focus is on helping teams gain confidence in their processes while driving real improvements in efficiency, clarity, and productivity.

Before joining Fleet Cost & Care (FCC), Courtney spent over six years at a major crane rental company, where she led the implementation of FCC’s software across eight branch locations. She worked closely with cross-functional teams—including dispatchers, mechanics, operators, and managers—to ensure system adoption, resolve issues, and promote consistent usage. Her ability to bridge gaps between departments and support users of all skill levels made her a trusted resource and internal champion of operational change.

Courtney also participated in a company-wide Kaizen initiative aimed at aligning business units and standardizing processes, further reinforcing her commitment to continuous improvement. With a strong foundation in customer service and a passion for building meaningful client relationships, Courtney is dedicated to helping companies succeed through thoughtful consulting and optimized system usage.

She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
