Candice Thomas is a passionate leader and seasoned brand strategist. She is dedicated to elevating FCC’s brand globally through all marketing channels. With over 26 years of experience, she will use creative storytelling to drive brand awareness, relevancy, and set FCC apart from the competitive landscape.
Candice understands the evolving marketing environment and the need to deliver results-oriented solutions. She believes the essence of marketing is creating simple, relevant messages that speak to the customer. Having experience on both the client and agency sides of the business, she knows marketing is all about how well you connect with your audience. Whether they are existing customers or the fleet management industry at-large, Candice is responsible for positioning the inherent value of FCC’s solutions on the cutting edge.
Prior to joining FCC, Candice contributed to and led the building of brands for Fortune 500 companies including VF Corporation, Walmart, 3M, The Ritz Carlton Hotels and Resorts, and HanesBrands. At FCC, Candice is responsible for reinforcing the benefits of fleet management software with current customers and positioning our solutions for expansion into other sectors of the heavy equipment rental industry.
Candice earned a Bachelor of Science in textile/apparel marketing and design from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
