Angie Hookham
Angie Hookham is an Implementation Team Lead who works with new and existing fleet management executives and their operations teams. Through training and education, she helps customers develop strategies to simplify, centralize, and automate critical business processes with Fleet Cost & Care’s (FCC) products, NexGen and Atom. These operational gains result in customers collecting often overlooked data points that streamline operations and allow for better informed business decisions across all departments.
With over fifteen years of experience developing and implementing training strategies in the fleet management, construction, education, real estate, and finance industries Angie believes that during the implementation process it is important to build strong relationships with her customers through training and accountability. It is not always how you do it, often it is having the ability to explain a compelling reason why that provides the bedrock of employee adoption of new technologies and continued organizational success.
Angie has led several multi-branch implementations of FCC’s Atom mobile app targeting payroll and billing processes. With one such company, with 400 hourly employees, achieved an 85% reduction of their payroll processing and approval period – from four days to just four hours. She has managed numerous health assessments of current FCC customers, that have resulted in an increase in efficiency in their accounts payable, sales, and payroll departments.
Angie holds a bachelor’s degree in business accounting from North Central College.
