Perez-Wilkinson is a senior executive with over 15 years of experience driving organizational transformation, business process optimization, and cross-functional integration throughout multiple industries in North America. She brings a proven record of aligning people, processes, and technology with corporate strategy to deliver measurable results and enterprise value.
In her leadership career, Perez-Wilkinson held executive roles at TNT Crane & Rigging, including Vice President of Business Operations and Director of Business Operations. In these positions, she spearheaded initiatives that streamlined operations, advanced KPI frameworks, optimized technology vendor performance, and integrated acquisitions into unified business practices. She has also led construction and business development divisions, building new markets, securing strategic partnerships, and strengthening alignment between executive leadership and field operations.
