Taylor Harmeyer is an Implementation Team Lead who guides fleet management executives and their teams through the education and training of Fleet Cost & Care’s (FCC) fleet management system. He develops and simplifies internal processes that promote efficiency and cost savings. After spending a decade working in fleet management and operations technology Taylor knows that when process, accountability, and strong communication are combined with streamlined fleet operations software and solid training, companies achieve greater efficiency.
Taylor has overseen route planning and adjustment projects at Waste Management reducing operational costs by millions of dollars. At FCC, Taylor led a rollout of the Atom mobile app that saw weekly payroll processing for a crane & rigging company’s team of 150 people across ten locations cut in half. In addition to his extensive fleet management experience, Taylor is EIT Certified.
Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Iowa.
