As a main point of contact, Matt provides ongoing insights related to new product developments, continued adoption, and additional services.
After eight years in the tech industry Matt believes education is key to growing customer relationships and that selling a solution goes further than selling a product. He recognizes that deeply understanding each of his customers and their pain points is the best way to develop the right plan of action to meet their unique set of needs. Matt finds fulfillment in fostering long-term relationships, seeing companies achieve operational goals, and enabling teams to develop best practices for success that stand the test of time.

Matt earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Communication and a minor in Music Performance at the University of Kentucky.
