Maggie Leigh
Maggie helps customers achieve greater productivity and efficiency through education and training. She knows that companies utilizing a fleet management system that standardizes processes, clearly defines responsibilities, and increases accountability achieve more.
Maggie believes that technology is a powerful tool that allows individuals to positively impact operations in ways that appear in a P & L report. She guides by painting with a broad brush, all that is capable of a fleet management system. From company to department, to the individual, Maggie wants all her customers to understand that success is measured on many levels and that everyone plays a role.
Prior to Fleet Cost & Care, Maggie collected seven years of experience in dispatch and logistics, training dispatchers, CDL drivers, operations specialists, and route managers for Waste Management (WM). There she executed several 30/60/90-day action plans for large teams producing YoY increases in efficiency including onboarding 54 CDL drivers at WM’s Denver South location in 11 months.
Besides her extensive training experience Maggie has led corporate pilot programs that tested and evaluated software tools.
Maggie studied at Metro State University of Denver.
