Laura has a passion for delivering exceptional software that meets customer expectations. With her expertise in data modeling, business analysis, and product management, Laura plans and executes software tests to support Fleet Cost & Care’s (FCC) solutions.

With a career in IT that spans over 40 years, Laura understands that technology must be well-tested to be reliable and that providing error-free software that meets customers’ expectations is always priority number one.

She began her career spending 15 years working on real-time mission-critical software projects for the space and defense industry, such as simulation software for STARWARS, communication software for the Multiple Launch Rocket System and the M1A2 tank, feature extraction software for spy planes, and a world-wide communication system for the intelligence community.

She spent the remaining years working in the data warehousing and business intelligence space, as well as project management for a suite of quality assurance software products.

Laura is a Certified Business Analyst Professional, and she holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Michigan’s Honors College. Laura’s passion for delivering exactly what the customer wants and needs, with a focus on ensuring high quality, reliable data that meets all customer expectations, makes her an invaluable member of the FCC team.
