Kyle Snearly
Kyle Snearly is the Director of Implementations who works with customers looking to improve business processes and increase operational efficiency. By providing consulting and project management services, he ensures successful implementation of Fleet Cost & Care’s (FCC) software and the adoption of operational best practices which enable customers to gain key insights into how their business performs.
With over sixteen years in the software/ERP implementation field, Kyle knows that centralizing all relevant data in one place provides customers with the proper key performance indicators (KPIs) to make better decisions. Utilizing KPIs and reporting tools contribute to improving operational efficiency, allowing companies to redirect their energy to resolving deficiencies, and improving their business.
Prior to FCC, Kyle was a key contributor on a multi-billion-dollar IT outsourcing pursuit and led a team on a large U.S. government account that was responsible for the automation of financial transactions, reducing their annual expenses by 70%. At FCC, Kyle has led several large international software implementations across three continents.
Besides his project management experience, Kyle is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
Kyle holds a master’s degree in business administration from Walsh College and a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Western Michigan University.
