Jenna Fuller
Jenna Fuller helps people and companies in the equipment rental industry grow and thrive. By applying her technical expertise and project management knowledge to her background in the crane and rigging industry Jenna demonstrates the immense value of Fleet Cost & Care’s (FCC) solutions in an easy-to-understand way.
After benefitting from FCC’s fleet management solutions during a ten-year period working for two of the largest crane rental operations in North America, Jenna understands the clear advantages of partnering with an industry-focused technology provider. She knows it’s not the size of your fleet or workforce that makes a company successful, it is how you manage and account for those assets.
During her time in the crane & rigging industry Jenna earned a position as Best Practice Project Manager for a 38-branch organization as well as Business Process Manager for another large multi-branch company.
In addition to a decade of experience as an end-user of Fleet Cost & Care’s products, she previously served as FCC’s Training and Implementation Manager. During that tenure, Jenna completed numerous customer implementations and health-check audits. She brings together a deep understanding of the customer perspective and expert-level fleet management experience that will result in success for her customers.
Jenna has completed Parts Training courses for major crane manufacturers, Manitowoc, Grove, Link-Belt, and Liebherr. She also holds a current OSHA 30 training certificate.
Jenna has studied at Jacksonville State University, University of Tennessee Knoxville.
