Early in his career, Jay was promoted to a leadership role at Oracle within two years, where he helped establish a new business segment that fueled significant regional growth. At Salesforce, he spearheaded the Chicago and Central expansion, doubling the team size year over year and scaling operations across Atlanta and Dallas. His tenure at Okta saw him leading Central and East commercial teams across North America, driving results through innovation and collaboration.
