Grace Villarreal is a Senior Customer Success Manager who helps existing customers continue to understand, utilize, and benefit from Fleet Cost & Care’s (FCC) products and services. Her goal is to build, maintain, and leverage relationships with each customer to influence product adoption and create strong support for new opportunities – every customer, every time. Through proactive communication, and a clear understanding of their needs, Grace creates compelling and thoughtful training that solves challenges, demonstrates ROI, and attains value quickly.
Grace knows that building and maintaining strong relationships with customers is the foundation for providing exceptional service and support. She believes effective communication and creative, customer specific solutions paired with a deep product knowledge will ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success.
Prior to Fleet Cost & Care, Grace provided support of FCC’s products to a large multi-branch organization as their Business Process Manager. By designing business intelligence solutions, she provided visibility to KPI’s resulting in annualized savings in overtime and unbilled labor hours of $1.2M in the first year. Additionally, she minimized impact from exponential fuel inflation by decreasing “unbilled fuel” by 80% resulting in annualized savings of $3M. She also spent time as a consultant for the Gallup Organization, where she was responsible for managing and optimizing survey data using Oracle Database. There she played a crucial role in generating comprehensive reports that provided valuable insights to support decision-making processes.
In addition to her industry experience, Grace earned a Leadership Certificate from Colorado Christian University.
She holds an MBA from Colorado Christian University and a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
