Carl works with the product and development teams to create a more robust and standardized fleet management software product to meet current and future customer needs.
By working closely with customer service managers to analyze and define customer requests, Carl oversees ongoing product enhancements for Fleet Cost & Care’s (FCC) applications as well as new development requirements. Standardizing product offerings, providing rigorous QA testing, and ensuring a stable, error free solution is released to the market is paramount for him and his team.
Having spent 20 plus years working with business software, Carl knows that understanding the requirements of the market and the customers you are servicing is one of the keys to having a superior product. The other key is conveying those requirements in a concise manner to the technical engineers and software developers as well as executing thorough testing to guarantee the end user the solution they expect.
Prior to FCC Carl has worked as product manager in charge of developing the product roadmap at a SAAS software company and has designed and led development efforts for enterprise-wide accounting functionality that benefited the user community.
Carl is certified in Rootstock ERP & Finance, Plex Finance, Avalara Avatax, and holds a bachelor’s degree from Walsh College with concentrations in accounting and computer information systems.
